The moment is coming soon
So, the Phoenix lander took a picture of the base of Martian soil it is sitting on, and a smooth spot appears right under one of the thrusters. It looks as though the thruster blast blew off the first layer of soil, and right below the surface there is something that is either rock or ice. Wow. Ice. This could be a very huge discovery. What will they say if everything is there for life except for life? Where might life have come from if not spontaneous chemical production followed by evolution?
