Good to know

So the other day I overheard 2 of my adult children arguing. Not unusual, so I tuned it out as I do (unless I hear things breaking). Voices started raising, so I paid some attention. I don't know what the argument was totally about, but I heard this "Let me tell you, Poppa is NOT a butthead..."

It wasn't actually buttHEAD, but the second syllable did start with "H". In the interest of keeping this "G" rated, I'm saying butthead.

Anyway.

I was relieved to know that learning did sink in to at least one of them, and I have been validated as not a butthead.

I am appreciated as a non-butthead.

Hmphhh.

Feeling pretty good about myself.

But...then again....I am wondering what the rest of the conversation was about ....no I'm not.....I don't want to know....well.....maybe....
